BHD Server Pls Read all

Im running the main BHD/TS Server as a dedicated ARGUS Server Test
Named A TIN OF ARGUS TEST.
If you don't have Argus instlled you will not be able to join,
You can download the same version of Argus that is on the box HERE (http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/atinof/Argus-installer.zip) It's a small Download (611kb) and 2 seconds installs it.
If it causes you problems there maybe some settings in your game causing issues like gamma turned up too much, but thats not always the case.
I know that there are a few Regular players that have this tool installed, Myself & Chef included.
If you install ARGUS and can't get your game to install here is how to un-install it.
To un-install Argus follow these steps:
1. Go to your BHD game folder, located in your program files under novalogic.
2. locate the file APIClient.dll and delete it
3. locate the file nlAPIClient.dll and rename it to APIClient.dll thats all

Can argus be used in conjunction with pinger and the remote manager.

Been checking it for the last 2 weeks with pinger, The Remote manager, outlook, word, notepad, etc all seems fine so far. PDT_Armat:

I read somewhere that u have to uninstall it if you go onto another server that doesnt require it, is this true

i dont think so but doesnt matter bcos im only on the TIN server :)

Edit and i just installed it and everythings ok now PDT_Armat:

when i try to load bhd the argus update comes up and crashes and wont let me run bhd.i unistalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens.even tho i unistalled it i can still get on ATO server without being punted and i dont show up on the server listings.

any advice?

The Test is complete for now, Working 100% with no problems. Untill next Saturday, the most upto date Version is in this post and in our Downloads Section. If you start the game up and it fails to load is usualy a game setting PDT_Armat: or something running in the back ground PDT_Armat: Check your background Processes in the task manager. If you get CI's etc it will be your side nothing to do with the server side PDT_Armat:

Thats Argus self update, it runs everytime you start the game to check for updates once its done the game starts up PDT_Armat:

i unistalled the whole game and installed argos (im calling it argos cos its does my head in like the shop) and still have the same problem,even when i disable norton (dont use zone alarm).the update crashes as soon as it starts and then i have to uninstall it to load the game (as death says to do it).the only thing i havent done is reinstall windows and dont want to either PDT_Armat:

if anybody can think of anything else to try or would have a go on remote assisstance i would really appreciate it PDT_Armat:

Maybe a list of what else is running in the background might help someone spot the problem.

msn,ts,,norton antivirus,remote admin (dont know why but cant close that,but dont do owt anyway),ati options and z board.

none of these show up on task manager in applications. PDT_Armat:

When i use Argus my game works fine but every few seconds the screen jolts any ideas?
