heres a coupla tips.

rather than use tables to try and position your main table...
use this...

infact don't use tables at all if you can avoid it....

add a 'target="_blank"' on your forum link

make all styles external, and use background images in the CSS rather than forground images in the HTML.

yup, these days bg images are best called from the stylesheet.
