What is happening to the PUB-Server?

I was in the server today and the same thing has happened a lot of times...

- I get a CI about every 5second...

- It takes from 5-10minutes to join the server...

what is happening?

I was doing some needed work on the box then the JO server crashed could have been that PDT_Armat:

I meant the BHD server...
and I don't think it's my internet connection..
I got 2048kbit/sec down and 256kbit/sec up or something...

If and admin is working on the " BOX " it will affect all our servers.. If 1 server crashes it will cause the other server to CI..
