all im basing the JO2 rumours on is a question asked by NOVA in the JO beta forums...

the question was,

what would you like to see more of in the next version of Joint Operations?

a) Weapons
b) Locations
c) Skins
d) Vehicles

(maybe not in that order ;) )

i cant remember the answers im afraid...

and there is NO MORE WORD FROM NOVA than that
