Anyone know how to get old negatives into digital format? Without going to Jessops I mean.

I can do it with my scanner, but that's no help from this distance. PDT_Armat:
The scanner i use is a simple HP 3670, maybe someone in your neighborhood has one. PDT_Armat:
If there is no other option you can always mail them by regular mail, i will scan them and send the digital by msn and the original back by mail "that's the only other thing i can think of" PDT_Armat:

I have a scanner ok ... didn't think about whether it was capable of scanning negatives tbh. I'll read the manual (YUK! PDT_Armat: ) in case this is easier than I thought.

Checked my scanner - it's a multi-function job (HP 2710) and as far as I can tell won't scan negatives. Poop.

There's mention of a TMA (Transparent Material Adapter) in the manual which reads like its for scanning negatives, but there isn't one listed on the HP website so I can't even see if it'd be worth buying. More poop.
