Is this a compo , cement + sand refrence?

If so I can tell you that by BS standards a roofing cement ( compo ) mix should be 3-1 ( Three sand too one cement ) Although from my experince I can tell you that a much better better mix for any roof mortar mix is 2-1-1 Two building sand one sharp sand and one cement........ This gives not only a much icer mix to work and point with but It also gives a much harder finish than the recomended mix!
