Sorry I can speak Turkish, Chinese, Japanese,Russian,French,Spanish,Arabic,All Eastern European languages,Eskimo and even English but I can't speak German ;) Is this just a mod?

nope....it is a programe to set up a local server with bots (people can join you by IP) you can change the skill-level of the bots, the ammount etc etc etc...

i did try to install it, but i did something wrong PDT_Armat:

my screen became a 4 color screen with a resolution of 640x480, and i couldnt reset it to its normal settings. PDT_Armat:

even system restore didnt work, so i had to format my pc PDT_Armat:
