Someone i know called Matt ordered JO from play.com it arrived late and it didn't work, so I'd say tat pretty narrows it down, but if it's like 1 in 100 that do that then thats ok. It's only Matt after all. No-one likes him :lol:

I got my copies 3 days after sending the email below. Why not try the same approach, changing the wording to suit your circumstances.

Hello

I ordered 3 copies of Joint Ops on the 18th and 19th of June. At that time you were showing a delivery date of 25th June.

When I checked on 25th June I saw that the delivery date had changed to 30 June. I assumed that meant for new orders. When they still hadn’t turned up yesterday (28th) I bought one copy locally so I could get my kids started with the game (as promised), and cancelled one of the copies I had ordered from you.

Today I checked the website again and see that it is still showing ‘Awaiting stock’. This presumably means that I won’t get the other two copies of the game tomorrow as I assumed.

I would like an explanation as to why you advertised for delivery on 25th, then changed to 30th, and are now not going to meet that promise either. This game has been available in the shops since 25th June.

I just bought mine from the shop the day it came out, ok i payed £30 for it but atleast theres no messin about and when ya have been itchin to play JO like i have its a small price to pay :mrgreen:

6 months? they have to be kidding. email them again and point all that out again - and suggest they should GIVE you the expansion pack when it comes out as a gesture of goodwill.

I'm sure someone can help with the CD key problem, but I haven't a clue.
