He has a connection with a download limit of 2gig,... but the connection must be very fast :1 (78): downloading 2321 Gig...in one month?? strange country

almost must be a prank?

like buying a house on downpayment It's not that much as a house but will be a long term payment

Strange Country? Download Limit? What is that? I think that was a server Hosting Bill... We don't have Download limits.. even back in 2001. BUT DAG.. how much of a life do you NOT HAVE TO HAVE to pull that off?
