Custom Map pre-download

For anyone wanting to pre-download the maps on our Custom server.....

1) Download the 105th STS Mapgrabber (http://files.filefront.com/105th+Mapgrabber/;11504143;/fileinfo.html) Program.

2) Un-Rar, Install & update (use the update button under the HELP menu)

3) Re-boot (If you don't upgrade you wont need to reboot :1 (88):)

4) In the "Map Site" box enter:
http://www.bigpinkhippo.com/atinof/COD4/usermaps5) Click on Download !

6) Join server, Enjoy :1 (97):

IMPORTANT
The above site does not contain all the files needed to play each map, it only contains the largest file.
When you join a new map after using this program you will still have to download 1 or 2 files (usually about 500KB)

Got it going now :1 (97): i had to download update for prog and it works fine, with vista i also had to allow it to have admin status.........:icon_blahblah:

Maybe just me but i can not get it to load up maps, have downloaded the 105th program, copy and pasted the web link in to the map site, it says READY Building directory and file lists then after that kepps saying STATUS: Retrying server.STATUS: Retrying server.STATUS: Retrying server.STATUS: Retrying server.STATUS: Retrying server.STATUS: Retrying server.STATUS: Retrying over and over again.
Is it me or am i being stupid, thanks

Strange, just tried it again and its working OK.

1, did you update the prog (help menu, update)
2, check the url, delete everything in the url box before pasting in the new link

I had that problem m8y, just update then reboot your pc thencopy and paste url and it'll work a treat

If everyone would like to run the prog again, I have been able to add the last map to it :1 (97):
(we had a small techy prob that only the Great Short One could resolve) - you probably got it all by now though anyway :1 (44):
