Hey lads,

I haven't had a chance to speak to Punisher yet, but all i can say if this was the case is my deepest apologies, it will not happen again I can assure you of that.

We have a policy of recruitment within none squad affiliated servers and obviously ours, I wouldn't condone nor encourage a member to visit other squads servers to recruit in, that's disrespectful.

I will be having a chat with Puni to clear this up.

Hi TIN OF firstly may I say what a nice site you have here was actually a joy for once to register on a site that is very easy to navigate and viewable too.

Next I would like to sincerely apologise and explain my actions in your server, so here goes:

Firstly I would like to apologise to both yourselves and to UNP here in this forum (I will deal with apologies to our member in our forum more directly but would like to publicly apologise to both in here) I do and would not usually advertise recruitment in any server knowingly or wittingly that is owned by another Clan please ask Addicted to Gaming (I do play in there lots and have not once posted one recruitment message in there in fact I have posted on their forums to point out people that have tried to recruit when they have not been in there and would do the same for yourselves now)

Secondly I would like to explain but not excuse my actions because they are un-excusable: We had just finished a match (I think an internal one) and we were going round servers on a recruitment drive (servers that were not owned by clans) and I stupidly presumed yours was not a clan server as I saw no moderators in the server info or any dialogue in the global chat so I am going to apologise again for not doing my homework

My last bit is that I would like to say that yes if you do own the server and if someone does come in and try and recruit that they should be banned and I accept this as my punishment (it is a good server and members of our squad regularly use and enjoy it, I have since found out) and also would expect the same to happen to anyone in your servers or ours for that matter, but I would like to stress that it was myself that broke your rules, albeit in an ill-informed and stupid manner, and not my comrades who do enjoy your server in a regular fashion and would not like to see them suffer for my ignorance.

It has been decide that the UNP bans will be removed.
This should take effect in about 2 hours time, if not plz let someone know, either in our TS channel or post a message here.

I hasten to point out, for any guests/visitors reading this thread, that the bans were put in place purely for the recruiting/advertise and for no other reason.
