Hi, you were not banned, but a player who joined 25 seconds after you left our server, with your IP address & GUID, using a swear-word as their name was banned. This was also the same ip address that you were using in TeamSpeak

Since we ban by the Punkbuster GUID anyone who plays on that pc with that CD key will also be banned.

rite lol all a bit serious this, i dint join your game with the names '****' bit childish, as for the comment i made about banning due to being better was because i recived a message on PM what i mite of had a issue with compo, the only ever thing that i can recall thats happened is my kills being questioned by him, and since then i seem to have been banned, thats why it comes across like i said.
Oh well i suppose its just a game, but its a shame as u got a good server there.

Shifter you were banned for using an offensive word as your name, end of story. For someone who has chatted with us, and played in our server for some time it is not the kind of action we would expect, from that point you have let yourself down.

Your suggestion that it was because someone was upset because you better than them is both insulting and childish - I suggest you move on.


Your actions of yesterday, repeatedly rejoining TS with the same offensive name, has done nothing but justify the ban.

For that reason I am posting the details sent to you by PM


OK we banned the player who joined the server under the name 'C***'.

This is an extract from PunksBusted player index, the data shown here is streamed live directly from the game server:

As you can see from the top 2 entries this player joined our server 25 seconds after you left, further to that from our logs (which I examined at the time) the ip address & port used were the same

Question answered. The evidence proves beyond doubt that it was Shifter who joined the server with the offensive username, and has subsequently lied about that here.
