Admin Kicks for Duplicate Names

Hi Tins....

Being fairly new to this genre of online game I regrettably gave myself the rather simple name (when I first started the campaign single player) as simply "Rab". Anyhow, I enjoy playing against you guys nearly every night but I find myself getting kicked out a lot now for a duplicate name - I think there is someone named Rabbit something...

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Hi, yeah sorry about this, its there to help us administer the server.

All you really need to do is make your name a bit more unique.

If you go to your multiplayer options (from the main menu screen select OPTIONS then MULTIPLAYER OPTIONS), you will see a box where you can enter your 'online' name.

If you want to keep using Rab try putting a symbol in front and/or behind e.g. =Rab= , .Rab. , :Rab: - use your imagination :1 (97): (avoid using /* or anything risky or you might find yourself getting kicked by punkbuster)
