I think it is a bit squashed and a bit blurry but if you sorted that out it would look good.

not sure if i like it! nothing on there is appealing ( osrry if im to harsh ) the BG is ok - make the spidey pic bigger lik it is on the sig steve gave you and get rid of those bits around the pic which arent needed - all you need written on a sig is SWAT TIN CADET and maybe ATINOF.com not all tht gibberish stuff / the size is a bit strange - maybe use 400*100 - give it a 1stroke black border..
