i was playing in your server and i was kicked and banned without any word, warning or explanation.

i didnt team kill anyone, i didint type anything.

The only possible reason i can see for being banned, that i was owning and you admin couldnt take it.

Sorry for delay, only just seen your post.

I banned you because three other players in the server on Team Speak could not understand how you were managing to make kills from where you were into a spawn area.

They were completely blind shots and yet making hits and kills all the time.

I wasnt in the game but was attempting to join, however the in game chat was very much in aghast as to how you were doing what you were doing.

If you can explain your actions and your abilities we are all ears.

I see now that you were messing with your password on ray, so if the reason for the second accound is that you messed up your password doing that ... use the Contact Us (http://www.atinof.com/forum/sendmessage.php) form to expalin what happened and I'll reset the password on ray.

if any of your players bothered to spectate me, then they would see i was not cheating nor glitching.

i dont even know why i am even bothering to discuss this with you seeing as your lameness knows no limits, in both baning me from your server for no reason, and my forum account so i cant reply.

I have pm'd you to thank you of the accusation, as the rest of the squad will probably appreciate the irony of me being accused of what is probably quite a technical thing to do.

As an admin we make decisions, now my decision was made and rightly or wrongly you were kicked/banned. The reason I took this action was because you observed by a few TINS to be killing by shooting from a position at targets which could not be seen.

As an Admin I took the decision based on fellow squad members comments, which I am sure you will appreciate carry a certain amount of credibility to me.

Now before you start gobbing off again, think about what I have typed. I may be mistaken in my actions however your responses, both public and non-public have been very inflammatory and disrespectful. My lameness does have limits as does my ability to be insulted.

If you wish to pursue this debate please feel free to post a sensible response, otherwise as we say to all who get upset with our actions (which I should add at this point is very rare, and something we do not like saying), find another server.

it was nice of you too also block my forum account so i cant reply/ respond to your acusations of cheating.As I've already noted in previous posts your account hasn't been blocked. You tried to register a second account, which is automatically blocked by the system as a deterrant to random spammers, i.e. it wasn't manually blocked.

As for why you tried to register a second account instead of using ray as you had done to post in the first place ... only you can say. I did notice at one point that you were changing password on the ray account. If you can't access the ray account now it's because you messed up the password change yourself somehow, not because the account has been blocked.

If I wanted to stop you posting I'd tell you, have no fear. No guesswork would be required. And, fairly obviously I'd have thought, this thread would be gone.

As I already said - if you want to reset your password on ray just use the Contact Us form to tell me. However, be clear that if you come back in here with the attitude shown so far you won't be here long.

Just ask your questions with a bit of civility and you'll get straight answers, but don't second guess the answers with stupid accusations.

with all due respect your few tins, arent very good at playing.

i play on a 50 inch HD viera screem, targets at distance are probably more visably on my screen.

the postions that i was in had clear lines of sight.

by the tank shooting at the spawn by the dumpster, on top of the lege shooting into the passage ways, by the yellow digger.

i also move around and fire, and do not stay in the same place for more than a few minutes.

your team mates simply were getting frustrated with being shot and cried cheat.

i dont cheat, so therefore there is nothing else for me to say....

I have posted your pm on the thread because to be quite frank you are annoying me. I do not think you need to pm me, any decision or comment that is made is always available for all TINS to read.

I am very glad for you and your 50 inch 'screem', but this does not give you the right to say that TIN's cant play.

Please feel free to post if you can sort out your password, you should be able to see this on your screem, if not try specsavers!

Well Ray, I can see your really good at making friends & impressing people, maybe that's why you need a 50" monitor, do you sit real close to it ? Must be a strain on your eyes.

I am puzzled as to why you are posting in here, if you want the ban lifted then your not really going about it the right way, so far you have made a good case for us not wanting you in our server.

I'm not convinced he was cheating, but I am convinced he's an ignorant nerd, so see no benefit in letting him back in. No server needs an attitude like that in it.
