Battlefield Bad Company 2 net worries?

Ok if you watch the link and listen to the way that they say! THEY WILL MATCH YOU TO A CLOSEST RANK?

I think thats what they do with COD MW2.

Now Im not 100% sure but is that meaning that they are going to have the net play the same as MW2 and do away with Dedicated servers?
They are talking about Xbox and PS3 in this clip so not sure that applies to PC?

This now causes me to worrie that all games that are coming out are going to be controlled this way.

Anyone shed some light please? but watch first before the reply?

they are just talking about PS3 & XBOX there

Yeahclosest match, I played today (level 26) theer was a level 70 and a level 4, sounds like a close match to me lmao
