geez dude u dont give up do you. im sorry but it aint gonna be happening,you have had many chances to explain yourself and have taken none of them. so therefore we stand by our decision. your attitude stank and has done on many occasions w think of ourselves as fair and willing to listen ,we did this and got no response, you insulted us, which is different to takin the piss which we all enjoy.In a nutshell you just went too far ,racked off more than 1 member of the squad and more than once.

I now see you as a shining example of how not to act and a great deterrent to others to show that whilst we are here for fun we have boundaries and you passed them, and we are not afraid to take action.
try me again in about 6 months i may have mellowed by then :)
